From the CAT Scan done on 14th June 2007;

According to the Neurosurgeon, the tumor (approx. size : 4cm x 4 cm x 3cm) is located at her Cerebellum and is already touching the brain stem. It has also blocked the 4^th Ventricle and caused Hydrocephalus.

She underwent a surgery on 15^th June 2007 to put in place a shunt that’ll divert CSF to her abdomen. So far the shunt seems to be functioning well and she doesn’t have severe headache, vomiting or double vision.

Though the few surgeons that we had consulted said that only thru surgery can they confirmed type of the tumor, one of them was almost certain that it’s a Medullablastoma.
